Nassau Development, L.L.C. was formed in 1994 by Eric H. Berger, Esquire and Alfred L. Amato, Esquire just 4 years after graduating from Georgetown University Law Center. A year later the Company changed its name to United States Real Estate Acquisitions, L.L.C., and in December, 2002 it became U.S. Real Estate Acquisitions, L.L.C. A&B Construction & Maintenance Co., L.L.C. provides the property management and in-house legal department. Mr. Berger is the principal of A&B Construction. Dennis Herlihy joined A&B Construction as Property Manager in 2000. Robin Levine arrived in 2008, handling all administrative duties including accounts receivable and fielding tenant inquiries. Each of the properties is owned by a separate single purpose affiliated entity. The properties average about 35,000 square feet and are located in Central New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. There are 50 apartments in Metuchen, Somerville and Morristown, New Jersey
